IMR FAQs




Schedule:

For those planning to attend the IMRs on a regular basis, you can look forward to a regular IMR schedule on Friday evenings, starting at 7.30 PM.

However, there will be times when IMRs will be hosted on other days & times. This will be mostly be on account of events like a Market Holiday, BIC Events, etc. We shall do our best to inform in advance regarding such changes.

We plan to have approximately 40 IMRs per year.



Fees:
There are 3 fee options:

Single IMR by paying Rs. 995/-

10 IMR Credits:
Pay Rs. 8,500 for 10 IMRs @ 850 per IMR and and save Rs. 1,450.

20 IMR Credits:
Pay Rs. 13,900 for 20 IMRs @ 695 per IMR and save Rs. 6,000. - BEST OFFER.

Fees can be paid online or in cash at BIC Office when you come over to attend the IMR.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.



Tracking Participation:

If you are taking the 10 (or 20) IMR Package, you the flexibility of attending ANY 10 (or 20) IMRs of YOUR CHOICE at your convenience. You do NOT have to attend 10 (or 20) continuously. You can take a break in between and re commence your participation.

We shall create a shared private Google Doc in which your participation will be marked. This way you can keep a track of how many IMR Credits you have used.



Recordings:

Recording will be made available online 2 days after the IMR.
We are working on making the recordings available within a few hours of the IMR. We shall announce this in due course of time.



Technology & Participation:

You can attend the IMR In-Person at BIC Office or on the Live Webinar from your computer at home / office. The webinar will be offered live on the GoToMeeting platform.

You need a good stable internet connection to have a seamless, glitch-free webinar experience. A minimum 1 Mbps connection is recommended, 2 Mbps is better.

Links for the Webinar will be sent to your registered e-mail around 7 pm. Use the link to login to the Webinar. There will be Live Screen Sharing and you will need speakers to listen during the webinar. A headset speaker is highly recommended. Except the Presenter, all participants will be on Mute during the Session.

For discussions & questions, we shall have a Live Chat session which will be hosted on Yahoo Conference Chat. You need to have a Yahoo Messenger Chat Id to participate in this chat. We shall send the chat invitation to your yahoo id.

Please note: We shall NOT be using GoToMeeting chat facility as we will be doing a full screen sharing all through the webinar.
